KayleighsCaptures owns all photos taken and sharing without permission goes against this law and you could face consequences for doing so. Paying for a photoshoot automatically means this business owns all photos or unless stated otherwise. All terms and conditions must be followed and agreed to or the photoshoot will be cancelled and will not be refunded. All work will be watermarked AKA copyrighted which must not be removed or you will be going against the agreement. Editing over any photos or removing of watermark will result in an instant ban from future bookings and you must resort them back to their original form.

 

RAW Files/Photos

Under NO circumstances will KayleighsCaptures send over the RAW files! This is completely going against the objective and also you would be taking over her job as a photographer and editor. As stated, when you pay for a photoshoot, you are paying for the final product and only that (unless you request a canvas or other product for your image to go onto).

 

Sharing Of Photos

Sharing of photos must be permitted by the owner otherwise you will be stealing paid work which could result in a fine and banned from booking further shoots.

 

People & Children

An individual has certain rights to control the use of their image which protects them from offensive and defamatory use of their images. If the owner would like to use prints of said persons images then permission would need to be given first. A model release form would be requested if photos were to be posted to protect both parties.

Children will not be posted anywhere unless a parent or legal guardian gives written consent with a signature. Photos of children will be stored until given to the payee but will not be released anywhere unless permitted. If multiple children are in one photoshoot, all parents must give permission before anyone shares them anywhere.

 

Vehicles & Plates

All vehicles will be asked if they would like their number plate covering for their protection and insurance companies. For vehicle photoshoots all photos will be posted across social media and this website or unless requested not to.

 

Payments & Cancelations

All deposits must be paid once a date and time is agreed upon otherwise the photoshoot is not confirmed. Full payment must be paid on the day with no exceptions. Any special requests may come with an extra charge which must be paid. If you cancel a photoshoot at any time, the deposit will not be refunded because it is stated as non refundable no matter the circumstance. Please remember this is a business so it runs like any other.
